Issue 2 - Summer 2009

The second edition is built around two phenomena: the Slovak-Korean experience and one of the hardest managerial tests - economic crisis.

Issue 1 - Summer 2008

  • For the first edition we have interviewed Mr. Jozef Uhrik, former CEO of Volkswagen Slovakia and now the chairman of the Slovak Automotive Association (ZAP).
  • We discussed IFRS implementation in Slovakia and IFRS aspects in acquisitions and goodwill.
  • Tax section gives a brief overview of tax legislation after the flat tax reform and outlooks for the future.
